At Nomai, we take great care in ensuring the quality and presentation of every fragrance. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.

Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned under any circumstances for hygiene and safety reasons.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We reserve the right to evaluate each claim before offering a replacement or solution.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened perfumes
  • Used products
  • Personal care goods
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized orders

European Union Consumer Rights

For orders shipped within the European Union, customers may have certain legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

However, under Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

As perfumes and fragrance products are considered personal-use items, opened products are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once unsealed.


Refunds

Refunds are only considered in cases where:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The product arrived damaged or defective

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after approval.
